FAQ/Return Policy
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order please email right away. Due to our fast processing time, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped no changes/ cancels can be made.
What if I receive a damaged or missing item?
If any items are damaged or missing email us and we will ship out a replacement. For damaged items please include a picture with your email.
What happens if my package is returned to June and Jae?
If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for additional shipping before we can reship the item to you. Email hello@juneandjaeco.com for further help.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do not accept returns on any personalized items. If the items are not personalized we will issue a refund for the SUBTOTAL when we have received the items. Customers will be responsible to provide shipping for the return.
